I have 25 years of experience in education. I've been an administrator and an elementary school teacher, and I'm looking forward to tutoring as well. I believe every student is capable of learning, but every student is also different. Students have unique readiness levels, learning methodologies, and interests. It's my job to adjust my approach to match that so that students are always learning. When I work with students, I think about my own children and how I would want a tutor to teach them in our particular situation. I truly believe that children aren't impressed by knowledge, but they are impressed by compassion. In my free time, I like to spend time with my friends and family, run, ride my bike, ride my motorcycle, and play yard games.
